Title: Smoked Salmon Linguine

Yield: 2 Servings

2tsOlive oil
1/2cFinely chopped onion
1/8tsCrushed red pepper
2 Cloves garlic; minced
3/4cChopped seeded peeled
  Tomato
1/2cDry white wine
1tbBottled basil pesto sauce
1tbMinced fresh parsley
3ozSmoked salmon; cut into
1/2 " pieces
2cHot cooked linguine; 4
 ozUncooked
  Basil or parsley sprigs;
  Optional

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, pepper, and garlic; sautT 5 minutes. Stir in tomato, wine, and pesto sauce; cook 10 minutes or until slightly reduced. Add minced parsley and salmon; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat; add linguine, and toss well.
